Why do you want to eat organic? To reduce the toxins that enter your body, like pesticides.  Your liver must deal with the toxins that come into your body.  You can reduce your toxic load and give your liver a rest by eating organic fruits and veggies.

If you are shopping and not sure which ones to buy.  Buy organic fruits and veggies where you will eat the peel.  If you are not eating the peel, then buying conventional is okay as the peel acts as a shield.  If you plan to eat the peel, wash the peel before eating and dry to remove as many bacteria as possible and pesticide residue that may be on the outside.
